LOW-PASS is a Japanese 3 piece instrumental band from Kyoto. They released their full length album for the first time. Their technical and refreshing sound are carried on an early instrumental post-rock style sound which is generated in late 90s. Their sound has a beautiful melody as if we could even forget the band has no vocals, a variety of guitar and bass phrases such as an abstract sound of arpeggio and tapping technic yet a catchy sound, and an exquisitely but powerful drums sound.
This Album is proved that LOW-PASS can be an worldwide band.
They added 2 more songs ( “cumulonimbus”/ “chapter square”) from their 7″vinyl “MIRROR/ LOW-PASS-split” for this special stream.
